888 Knives R Us is happy to ship to our friends in many other countries. Please view our International Shipping Policies for restrictions, further information and for a list of the countries to which we will ship.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
888 Knives R Us is happy to ship to our friends in the military and those deployed overseas to APO and FPO addresses. Our shopping cart will calculate shipping costs based on the weight and dimension as well as the insurance applied. 888 Knives R Us uses the United States Postal Service Priority mail for APO/FPO orders. If you need assistance or price quotes on large orders, do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I find products on your site?
You may search by product name or number by clicking Search from the menu on the left. You may browse by the categories on the right, or you may browse by brand by clicking All Brands Listing from the top of the menu on the right. There are a list of recently views items below the mini cart for your browsing convenience.

What are my payment options?
888 Knives R Us has four methods of payment available to our customers:
CREDIT CARDS (US & Canada): Accepted cards are VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS;
MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK: We accept money orders or cashiers checks (we do not accept personal checks). International money orders and cashiers checks should be in US dollars. All money orders should include the order number on the check for reference and speedy delivery.
PAYPAL: Because we offer several items for sale to our customers that are outside of PayPal's (an E-Bay company) acceptable usage policy, we are not permitted to use this option as a checkout method. We do accept PayPal. When placing an order to be paid by PayPal, simply choose the cashiers check or money order option and place a note in the notes field that you would like to pay with PayPal and we will email a payment request to you.
WIRE TRANSFERS: We also accept instant Wire Transfers. This is especially helpful for those international customers who do not have PayPal as an option in their country. When paying by Wire Transfer, select that option from the payment type drop-down menu at checkout. The routing information will be at the bottom of the confirmation email sent when the order has been placed. Wire Transfer orders are subject to our exportation policies and orders containing items which cannot be exported out of the US will be canceled. For orders with multiple items which contain an item that cannot be exported from the US, the restricted item(s) will be removed and the total will be adjusted and a new confirmation of the order total will be emailed to you. 888 Knives R Us will place Wire Transfer orders into a "Pending" status for 3 business days until payment is made. Transfer payments are a walk-in service at your bank. You must take the banking information to your local bank branch in order to make payment. Unpaid orders will be placed into a canceled status if unpaid after 3 business days. Please email us to ensure your order processes when payment has been sent.

Do you wholesale products?
Because we are a discount store and sell at a low profit margin, we are unable to offer a wholesale program at this time. For additional discounts, please be sure create an account at checkout which will give you the option to sign up to our 888 Insider Newsletter Program for additional coupon savings and product update and arrival announcements. Do you drop-ship orders?
We are happy to ship orders to a different address other than the address provided in your billing address field. This is a very convenient service for folks ordering for gifts for other people living far away from them. Orders that are above $250.00 may, at our discretion, be imposed a delivery confirmation charge of $3.00 to ensure delivery and to reduce the possibility of a fraudulent orders. 888 Knives R Us will not collect any fees or moneys owed from a third party, only paid orders will ship. We do not ship COD. We do include an invoice unless asked not to do so for gift-giving purposes. Labels reflect our business name as "888KRU" and can be notated as "gift from 'gift-giver" upon request. We will include a gift letter in your package that the product(s) was given by you. At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping service. Please place a note in the notes field at checkout for drop-shipments that should not include the invoice.

Is this item in stock?
We have over 4000 products in our database with 160+ manufacturers and product availability fluctuates daily. A few of these are in stock due to cancellations or returns, however, we order most items in from our suppliers as the order is placed. We buy from as many as 7 different suppliers from as close as right here in Florida, to as far away as California; and we do not show live inventory on our website. We try to post an item as being unavailable as soon as we find out that it has become unavailable, however, there is such an incredible fluctuation between all the manufacturers' items that we offer, that sometimes we miss posting that item as being unavailable. If we find an item to be on backorder or unavailable at the time your order has been placed, we will email you about our backorder policy at that point, giving you the opportunity to continue or to cancel. If you find an item on our site that is listed as being backordered, please contact us before placing your order. There may be a chance that one of our suppliers has the item back in stock and we have not been contacted by that supplier. We will be happy to check for you. If an item has been canceled after your order is placed, we will also notify you by email and cancel the order for you. If a product on a multi-item order has been discontinued, we will adjust your order and email your new total reflecting that product's discontinuation. Sometimes we will email options for replacement. Backordered products on a multi-item orders, will be emailed and given the opportunity to backorder the item(s) or backorder the whole order and wait for that item(s).

Pre-order products will be listed as such. Sometimes a Pre-Order item will come in to one of our suppliers without notification to us. Please do not hesitate to call or email us for availability any time. We will check for you right away. Closeout items are available in limited quantity and can often run out of stock fairly rapidly. If you have ordered an item which has been discontinued, we will immediately notify you. will remove themselves from the site as soon as they are purchased. If you need items by a specific date, please place such requirements in the "Notes" section of your order, or feel free to call us.

What are your hours?
Our normal phone hours are from 10:00am to 4:30pm E.S.T. Emails are normally answered within 24 business hours. If you call and get our outgoing message that our lines are full, simply try your call again in a few minutes. If the lines are full for an extended period of time, you may email us or fax your question to 904-268-0460.

When will my credit card be charged?
Most items are ordered as needed. In-stock orders usually ship within two business days. Domestic (within the US) orders usually ship within 5-7 business days of an order being placed, however we ask that you allow up to ten business days for your order to ship. Please allow up to 14 business days for APO / FPO / International orders to ship. In-stock orders will be charged and ship within two business days. Orders with items which must be ordered from our supplier, and are in stock at the supplier, will be charged before the items are ordered from the supplier. Product on unpaid orders will not be ordered from our suppliers. A tracking number will be emailed when the label is processed for shipment.

How long will my shipment take?
We ask for up to ten business days to ship domestic (USA) orders. Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days. If you have specific date requirements, please contact us. Some of our suppliers will drop-ship orders for us for an additional fee. Once an order has shipped from our store, please refer to the UPS shipping map to the left to determine time in transit for ground shipments within the continental United States.


How can I calculate the shipping amount on my order?

You can easily calculate the shipping amount on your order before completing the order by placing the items of interest into the shopping cart and selecting the "view cart" button. Doing so will display the shopping cart with your items and provides a field below those items where you may enter your US Zip Code for a shipping total. Select "Go" and your shipping amounts based on the weight, dimension and insurance applied will display to the right of the shopping cart, under the cart total. Use the Drop-Down menu to select shipping methods. Please Note: calculating shipping totals in the shopping cart does not constitute a final purchase.

What do I do if I received a defective product, or was missing product from my shipment?

Defective Products:
Most of the products we offer on our site carry a manufacturers' warranty and are assumed to have been inspected for quality and defects before leaving their respective factories. We do not open and inspect every product unless instructed to do so in the notes section when an order is placed. We will gladly replace or return any defective product during our 7 / 14 day return / exchange policy but shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Please inspect your shipment immediately after receipt before using the product and retain the original shipping and packaging materials for a time to ensure a proper return in the event something does go wrong. We do not accept used returns or exchanges. Please refer to our return/exchange policy below for explicit details.
Missing items: If we left items out of your shipment that are the invoice you receive with the shipment please contact us and we will ship the missing item(s) via UPS Ground at our expense.

Do you have a catalog?
We do not currently have a printed catalog. If you do not have a computer at home to browse our website, you may want to try your local public library. You may also place your order over the phone if you know what you are looking for.

What is your return/exchange policy?
888 Knives R Us tries to provide you with all the information to make a informed final decision about the products you intend to purchase, before you checkout. We do however recognize that we are a web store and sometimes the real thing in your hand may not be just what you expected, or your financial situation may change. Whatever the case, we want to keep you, our customers, happy and as such provide for returns and exchanges under the following guidelines.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
888 Knives R Us understands that doing business online sometimes results in merchandise that our customer may not like or need when the item has been received. Customers may return product(s) for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of the date of receipt. Exchanges at their purchase price may be made within 14 days of the date of receipt. If a return is received after the posted return period, 888 Knives R Us will make 1 attempt via all means provided by the customer to return the order to the customer. Return shipping outside of the posted return/exchange policy will incur additional shipping fees and will not be re-shipped unless those fees have been paid. If our attempt to contact you results in no reply, the order will be shelved until contact is made to provide for its return for 30-Days. 888 Knives R Us will not be held responsible for items not accounted for after 30-Days has passed. Before shipping returns/exchanges, please be aware of the following stipulations:











The product(s) must be in new and re-sellable condition with all materials, parts and packaging. Failure to do so will result in a 20% restocking fee, as that product must be shipped back to the manufacturer for repackaging. In extreme cases it could result in an inability to accept your return.
Please include the original receipt or a copy of this receipt with the return.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded except when 888 Knives R Us is in error.
All shipments leaving 888 Knives R Us are insured and tracked when the unexpected occurs. Please insure returns and exchanges. 888 Knives R Us will not be held liable for lost or stolen return/exchange merchandise.
Special order products will be charged a 20% restocking fee if returned.
Some products do not come from the manufacturer with a partially serrated blade and 888 Knives R Us can put one on the blade for you for an additional fee. If you have ordered such an item and decide to return or exchange it, this will fall under special order items and will be handled according to that policy.
Placing an 888 Custom Partial Serration on any blade will not, under any circumstances void any manufacturer's warrany.

PRICE ERRORS OR INCREASES: 888 Knives R Us offers an extensive line of products from several different manufacturers and the products' pricing changes and is updated daily. If you choose an item on our webstore which has had a recent price increase; or if the item has been uploaded to our store reflecting an incorrect price, you will be notified by email about the increase or error and the new price point will be reflected on the order. You will have the opportunity to continue with the order at the new price or decline the order and cancel.
