RETURNS
AND EXCHANGES:
888 Knives R Us understands that doing business online sometimes results
in merchandise that our customer may not like or need when the item has
been received. Customers may return product(s) for a full refund of the
purchase price within 7 days of the date of receipt. Exchanges at their
purchase price may be made within 14 days of the date of receipt. If a return
is received after the posted return period, 888 Knives R Us will make 1
attempt via all means provided by the customer to return the order to the
customer. Return shipping outside of the posted return/exchange policy will
incur additional shipping fees and will not be re-shipped unless those fees
have been paid. If the attempt to contact the customer results with in reply,
the order will be shelved until contact is made to provide for its return
for 30-Days. 888 Knives R Us will not be held responsible for items not
accounted for after 30-Days has passed. Before shipping returns/exchanges,
please be aware of the following stipulations:
-- The product(s) must be in new and re-sellable condition with all materials,
parts and packaging. Failure to do so will
result in a 20% restocking fee, as that product must be
shipped back to the manufacturer for repackaging. In extreme cases it could
result in an inability to accept your return.
-- Please include the original receipt or a copy of this receipt with the
return.
-- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility
and will not be refunded except when 888 Knives R Us is
in error.
-- All shipments leaving 888 Knives R Us are insured and tracked when the
unexpected occurs. Please insure returns and exchanges.
888 Knives R Us will not be held liable for lost or stolen
return/exchange merchandise.
-- Special order products will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
-- Some products do not come from the manufacturer with a partially serrated
blade and 888 Knives R Us can put one on the blade for you
for an additional fee. If you have ordered such an item
and decide to return or exchange it, this will fall under special order
items and will be handled according to that policy.
